Job Responsibilities:
1. Participate in product planning and be responsible for the overall design of product electrical systems, ensuring solution rationality and market competitiveness.
2. Guide and assist intermediate engineers in completing electrical system schematic design, with accountability for output quality.
3. Take technical responsibility for the electrical schematic department, continuously expanding and deepening departmental capabilities based on current status, future product development needs, and industry trends.
4. Review and approve electrical schematic documents.
5. Lead critical component selection, participate in enterprise and industry standard formulation, and drive standardization and modularization of product electrical schematics.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronics/Mechatronics/Automation/Mechanical/Communication Engineering or related fields preferred.
2. Experience in charging pile product development is advantageous.
3. Proven experience in power distribution or communication power product development and lead design, with strong system integration capabilities.
4. Deep understanding of system principles and design for similar products, with expertise in common power distribution components' principles, characteristics, parameter selection, and system coordination.
5. Proficiency in CAD and other design software; strategic mindset, responsibility, and mentoring spirit; team management and leadership experience preferred; strong learning orientation.
